I signed a contract as an Independent Agent in August,2009. I was to be paid for any Tutors who sign up including 1/2 of all "re-registrants" located in the Territory of Denver County through December, 2010. I invested $588 for the "privilege" of being an IA for Denver County, CO.

My emails were ignored and I had to report this company to the Orange County BBB in order to get a partial payment. I ended up losing about half of my money due to the lack of support and poor business practices present at this company. Communication was sparse, with me having to make all contacts.

I was also denied access to IA's names and addresses so regional marketing among other metro Denver IA's could be done but no such info is "allowed" due to "privacy" issues. I feel that I was scammed by this company and would recommend against anyone else getting involved with this company. 128e0f7
